Treatment Information

Craniosacral therapy can be offered as standalone 60, 75, or 90-minute sessions, and it can also be integrated into your massage treatment. I recommend that clients allocate at least half of their treatment time for craniosacral therapy, as these techniques require patience and attention. It’s completely normal for clients to feel a bit tired during or after their sessions, as the body processes a lot during the treatment. Please allow yourself the time to rest if needed.
